During a recent trip through Amarillo, my wife and I discovered an authentic Mexican restaurant that exceeded our expectations. The service was attentive, and the food, particularly the cheese enchiladas and guacamole, was fresh and flavorful. Although the exterior appeared unremarkable, the quality of the dining experience made it a memorable stop on our journey.
