The food at this place has been consistently amazing over the years, and I always enjoy the great service. While I miss the video games that used to be there, the quality of the steak and cheese is unmatched in the Pioneer Valley.

Orderd a large cold cut grinder LTOG asked for extra lettuce left $3.00 tip got home open it no lettuce at all called back talked to the old b-tch in front she checked my slip and said they made a mistake no apology or offerd to it make right never going again go to Amerst Pizza better food much nicer people
