I had called make reservations for the Sunday brunch for a party of 17. I was first told that wouldn't be necessary. Because of the size of the group I called back and talked with another hostess and yes reservations would be necessary. Made the reservations, arrived with my party to find out we had no reservations, The staff worked quickly and got us all seated. We were told there were 8 other reservations not registered that same day. A lot of the entree's were very low or nothing at all. I called a few days later to express my concerns and unhappiness. The person I spoke with said she would talk with the food and beverage supervisor and assured me he would get back with me. I have heard nothing..
This is a poor way to run a business and my suggestion if you make reservations check several times to make sure you have them, write down the names of people spoken to or find another place to have brunch.
