10/04/2020 - Disappointed Long time Customer
Today was the first time we have experienced really bad customer service in an order that was placed for carry out. The order was mistakenly incorrect for three of the items ordered and instead of doing the right thing and either refunding or preparing the correct items ordered with no charge since the incorrect items received was already paid for, the manager stated it was the customers fault because the receipt stated the incorrect item ordered and since we didn't catch their error, they could not do anything for us. How does a business during these times survive with such bad customer service!!!!!!!!!
