We have been going here for about 5 years. Never been super excited about the food but really liked the atmosphere so tolerated the food. That all changes today. Went to celerate Father's day. There were 4 in our party. I ordered green chile chimichanga. They were moderately busy and food came relatively in good time. The chips were stale and bland. When our order came waitress gave me a burrito. There wasn't much green chile sauce on it so I asked for extra sauce. She brings that which looked like some kind of white cream sauce with NO taste. I cut into burrito which had shrimp in it? Love fish but not a fan of shrimp. Im thinking this is totally not right. As I was waiting to see waitress to tell her my order was wrong about 7 minutes she comes around corner aware my order was wrong and tells me she get my order right out. She comes over again about 10 minutes later saying shes sorry but they are really busy. A few minutes AFTER the rest of my family completely finished their meals (about 15 more minutes) she brings my plate out. By this time I'm not a happy camper. I asked for green chile sauce again thinking the white stuff was for the shrimp burrito and she informs me it is green chile it's just white color. Everyone I was with agreed it was tasteless. Of course she drops off the receipt too when she gave me my plate. By this time I'm thinking the least they could do was cut price of my order so I asked for the manager. Twenty minutes later with no manager we decide to just leave. We take our check to front where I asked young man if they had a manager. He said they were both tending the bar. I explained what happened and he seemed like he was going to do something when our waitress comes running over saying she was waiting for me to get there. She completely did not care!! Needless to say there was NO TIP and I informed her I was never coming back and make sure I would tell everyone my experience. Just so you know I NEVER do reviews but this place deserves it. Casa Grande here I come!
