Despite some shortcomings in service and cleanliness, the food quality remains a standout feature, making it worth a visit for those seeking a satisfying dining experience.

First time ordering at the Florence Blvd. location.Ordered a thin crust well done and got a traditional floppy.

Barros on Penal and McCarthy is Casa Grande, AZ in my opinion has stopped caring about their service. No smile, no greeting an anointed look with and exasperated pause. I'm nearly 70 they put little labels in the pizza box and I could not read it. I asked the young lady to tell me what pizzas slices were available and I get a smart remark about how they are labled then names the pizzas so fast I couldn't understand her. Really I couldn't hear her because she never looked at me when she spoke. When I get my three pieces they are all put in a single piece box then the lid smashed down on them. When I got home and seperated them the toppings were coming off on the crust of the one on top of it. Not impressed I was treared like an inconvenience so I will go elsewhere in the future. I do not recommend this Barros to anyone
