The experience was nothing short of extraordinary, with every dish bursting with flavor and nostalgia. The attentive staff and cozy atmosphere made each visit feel like a cherished gathering, and the remarkable refried beans alone are worth the journey.

Just passing through, but what a find. Hubby reminded me as we pulled in last place we tried was greasy spoon, this restaurant was far from that. Probably the best Mexican food I've ever had. The staff was extremely helpful, one was the granddaughter of the original owner. She gave our table a couple of samples to help our selection. Usually split with my sister, but NOT this time. The carne adovada was wonderful. Hubby tried a couple of tacos, beef and chicken, but did help finish my plate. Sister had a burro. The beans were great. Salsa good, but check the spicy before putting on food, brought tears to my sister's eyes. I will come back and visit whenever we are in the neighborhood. It was the find of the year.

Great Mexican food!
Been visiting Chalo's for over 20 years. We make it our lunch time stop when returning to the valley from Pinetop. Service is always been good!
Friendly staff!
Prices are fair, you get your money's worth and more.

Chalos food is so good, and the service is spectacular. I have eaten here for years, and I just love it.

Truly amazing. Best Mexican food anywhere. I can't visit my children out of state unless I bring Chalos with me... Have been a regular customer since moving here in 1986!

Haven't been here in a couple of years,but were pleasantly surprised to find Chalo's still there.
Undoubtedly,without question,the best mexican food either of us have ever had.And the service was what you would hope for in a restaurant like this,friendly smiles everywhere.Prices were very reasonable and just can't wait to go back.

We drive up from Queen Creek to eat their mexican food.. No other restaurant will do!
