When calling, be prepared for potential long holds, but the staff is generally polite and accommodating. The food is worth the wait, especially the large salad with optional meat toppings, and the service from employees like Mia and Levi is exceptional, making the overall experience at R and R Pizza truly enjoyable.

Ran by a bunch of kids, they like to leave you on hold forever, sometimes they hang up about 5 minutes while you're on hold.
None of them have work ethic and the pizza is mid, they can only get away with their horrible service just because they're the only pizza joint in this town.

As I ordered a calzone today they said it would be half an hour. Ok, no prob. So I ran an errand and came back, refilled my soda and waited. As I sat down, I had a clear view of the kitchen. I watched them prepare food without any gloves on. Thought ok, maybe she just washed her hands. Still scary tho. I then seen the dishwasher leave the kitchen, go to restroom then back to kitchen. Didn't look like she washed her hands. Then she rested in between the dishwashing sink and the prep table, one hand on each. She then grabbed a filthy bus tub, set it on table where food was being prepared, threw the dirty pizza screens in the sink then wiped down the table with a towel that was sitting in the bottom of the bus tub. I questioned one of the workers on why they didn't wear any gloves while preparing food. He replied "We're all sanitary here, we wash our hands after we touch anything." Needless to say I fed the dogs with the calzone. I hope they make it.

Worst service ever!!! After being told my pizza would be here in 45 mins I waited an hour and a half before calling and they said they were just putting it in the oven, really!!!????
