The chicken fried steak sandwich and biscuits with gravy at Crosswinds are a must-try. The views of Payson Airport are stunning and the staff is attentive, the food quality is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. The onion rings were particularly delicious with a flavorful and crispy batter, and the bacon was perfectly cooked for that satisfying crunch in every bite.
