I am the owner of this restaurant. The building was lost to a fire Feb. 7, 2018 and was a total loss. We have bought the nearby Basque Etchea Restaurant at 8575 Avenue 40E in Tacna and operate under that name.
Although the menu has changed we still make the famous Chicken Fried Steak dinner and also do the Sunday Breakfast Buffet that became so popular at the Tamarack. Come check us out. We are open seasonally from mid November to mid April.

Sunday Brunch Buffet, There were several options along with several Desserts. Everything was Very Good!! Awesome Home Cooking!!
