Between the flies and the undercooked and underseasoned food, I'm not sure which is worse. Sometimes a little salt will help but there was no saving this food. The "meat" taco tasted like canned "meat". I've had better beef tacos from taco bell. Authentic chile rellenos is made with poblano(any pepper really, but poblanos or Anaheim work best) peppers that have been roasted, peeled and deseeded. The cheese used to stuff them should be quesillo, not whatever these were stuffed with. Such a complete waste of time and money. The only good part of the night was spending time with family. Another person in our party ordered cheese enchiladas and I have never seen such a poor excuse for an enchilada in my life. They really aren't that hard to make. Especially if you're making cheese enchiladas. The refried beans are disgusting. They tasted like the pan was scorched when the beans were cooked and then to much lasts was used when they "refried" them. Where were the tortilla warmers? You bring people tortillas in aluminum foil? If you're going to call yourself an authentic Mexican restaurant, please do better.
