This Mexican restaurant has some of the best food I've had since moving to the south. The service is quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect for families. I loved the fajitas Mexicano, and my husband couldn't get enough of the chicken chimichanga-everything was fresh and delicious!

My husband are regulars. We had an absolutely terrible experience. A group of guys came into the bar (extremely loud). Waiter forgot to bring us our beers. I did make a complaint. When they brought out our food the meat in my burrito was raw. Will not be back. I've noticed that it seems the restaurant has been declining in the last three years.

Yummy Mexican food. They play the music too loud at night. Feels more like a bar than a restaurant. The food is outstanding.

Been there 3 times ALWAYS smells like stuff they mop floor with. Last time there a 1' wad of dust/lint/installation fell from ceiling into my plate. Waiter started sweeping and vacuuming near our table about mid-meal. Very unclean

Have been eating at Cactus Jacks for a long time, both in North Little Rock and my Conway Location. I have (with very few exceptions) found the service, food, and atmosphere to be a above average. My granddaughter's favorite place to go. (Cheese Eater) I on the other hand have sampled most everything and in fact going there tonight for Sopa de Pollo.

Food is ok for Mexican. Salsa tastes good, but sometimes, like tonight, it is runny and thin, more like soup. Few options on the kids menu, no tamales offered on the kids menu at all. Sometimes hot, sometimes not. I do not think the servers understand the English language at all. Do not go to the bathroom if you are eating in, they will clear your table. At least they have ours 2x now.

Ordered a Special Lunch #1. The chile relenno tasted as if it was deep fried in a pancake batter. The beef taco meat had no flavor at all. The chips were stale. Will never visit again.

Sign advertised that happy hour was 4 to 7 with margaritas for $2.99. My husband ordered me a margarita @ 6:59, and we were charged the $3.99 regular price, so we asked our waiter to adjust if he could. He was polite and went over to the manager to ask. The manager was literally right behind the bar (15 ft) away from us and slammed the silverware he was holding down and started talking aggressively in Spanish to the waiter. He came over and told us the computer changes at 7:00 and he wouldn't fix the price ( even though it only $1.00). The whole scene behind the bar just showed us how unprofessional he was in front of guests and that they were not willing to give up a single dollar to make the evening pleasant for the customer. This isn't the first time we have had an abrasive experience here either and we won't be going back again. Food is good, but poor service just isn't ever worth it!

At first I thought my waiter was toying with me because his english was limited , however as the evening progressed he demonstrated sincere effort in the task at hand and did accomplish to correctly get our drinks and meals , there was a lack of knowledge on the drink menu and honestly I was hopeing to see the game on the screen however I don't speak Spanish so I couldn't follow what was on the t.v.'s . The staff did seem eager to please all in all I will return but not when there's a game their screen's are vintage for lack of a better word

Took my wife and daughter there our waiter mumbled while taking our order. The food arrived in a timely manner but there was no service afterwards. I had to get up and go to the counter to get a refill. When he brought it to us we went ahead and asked for a box which he brought. When our ticket did not come I had to ask someone else for it and she replied that our waiter was on break!! The first time in 15 plus years that I did not leave a tip!! The food was not that great either
