Super chill vibe inside

Went in & waited, several parties came in afterward, one group had finished eating, waitress kept saying "be just a minute", after about 45 minutes & several parties later, we left. We had driven from Greenbrier to eat there because we like the food and tax is a lot cheaper than Conway.

The wait time was awful and the food was not the greatest. After an hour waiting, waitress said food was not available"¦"¦ didn't they know that when the order was placed? Will not go back.

I love in NW Alabama and visit Heber Springs often abs this is by far my favorite restaurant. The food is amazing abs service is great.

We tried several times to eat here. They were closed due to something broken.
We were finally able to go in today. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!
First, we did not even get a menu until we had to ask for one after waiting about 15 min.
Then, we had to ask for our salads after two other tables had come in AFTER us had actually gotten their food.
After being there nearly an hour, we gave up and left.
Their food may be great, but we will never know because we will NEVER go back again!
