Popeyes in the Rockport Arkansas location on Oliver Lancaster Boulevard. has messed up on a lot of things that I have ordered at different times. When I try to call them, either the phone rings and rings and rings or it says that the mailbox is full so this is why I am doing this review is because I cannot ever get a hold of them. One time I placed an order and they didn't give me a spoon for my mashed potatoes and gravy and when I got somewhere in my truck to pull over to eat, I had to use a straw to eat my mashed potatoes. Every time I go there I asked for butter for my biscuit and they never have it because I think management is not buying it to cut down on cost for their bonus. I have worked in management and I know how that works. One time we ordered a family meal and didn't get any wings or drumsticks in it so we started asking for drumsticks and wings to make sure that they have it in there but they never give us drumsticks and wings when requested in family meals. yesterday, I went and asked for the five piece special and they told me I had to take whatever chicken was already cooked on the line and I couldn't pick out the chicken that I wanted so I told them forget it I'll just order the four piece and I told them I wanted two drumsticks and two wings. I also ordered the five dollar shrimp box. When I got home which is 30 minutes from there, I had over cooked drumsticks and wings. it was so over cooked it was jerky. Plus, the drumsticks and wings were so small especially the drumsticks. The drumsticks were the size of the wings which were small also. Then I open the shrimp box and I asked for everything mild and I took a bite of the shrimp and it was hot. I could not even eat it. It gives me heartburn to eat hot stuff. I am writing this review because I am Sick and tired of being done wrong. Plus I am tired of not being able to reach a manager when I have a problem. It never fails no matter what, They do something wrong every single time. Oh another thing is they never have wings and drumsticks cooked or something of the two because I always have to wait and they tell me I have to wait if I order a meal with them and I wait on them.

Employees are almost always a joy to interact with. Food is fresh and TASTY. Sometimes the lines are long but it moves fast.
