We had the smoked turkey breasts for Thanksgiving. Had guests from Little Rock, Sherwood, Maumelle and Sherwood, and they all reported this to be the best turkey they had ever had! It was moist, tender and had a wonderful smoked flavor. As the day progressed, they kept complimenting my choice of the entree. Obviously, I highly recommend Knights. They are going to be big player in BBQ and inside dining in their new, spacious restaurant.
