The drive to Taylor's Steakhouse promises an unforgettable experience, especially for steak enthusiasts like myself. Every bite of the dry-aged ribeye was a revelation, paired with exceptional service that made the evening feel truly special. While the sides may have fallen short of the steak's brilliance, the warmth of the owners and the atmosphere made this culinary journey one I would gladly embark on again.

We have been twice. We are from out of state. We go every time we are in Arkansas. Cannot be beat. Best flavor for REAL aged beef. May be other steak places as good but we have not found it in the 40+ states we have worked or vacationed in.
Kilgore Tx. Jack Ryan's is equal in tenderness and has a good flavor, but sous vide cooked and not the same cooking method of Taylor's nor the aged flavor.
In short Taylor's is our favorite for hundreds of mile around from East Tx where we live and a close second is Jack Ryan's.
The only reason I put in two steak houses on one review is they are the two best in the US we have found. Ruth Chris, Landry, road house, salt grass, etc... are not even in the same category IMHO.

I drove all the way from Benton just to give you guys a try. It was the best steak ever and we will be back soon. As a limousine driver I advertise for you a lot! One evening before the pandemic hit, my limousine service put 43 people in there from Little Rock, 3 different vehicles!
