My husband and I looked forward to enjoying a beautiful meal Friday night (24th of this month) and came out so disappointed and spent $60 for a horrible meal that didn't even meet our standards of a restaurant! Of course, we both had 2 Sapporo beers (I'm not talking about the drinks), I'm literally talking about how the menu described how delicious their ribeye's were. The waitress ( that came and took our order and never returned) also asked at the time of our order, how we wanted our steaks, we both requested medium-rare. Well, we got about 9 pieces of what looked like boiled meat. No flavor, nothing. I also had fried rice, that sucked! We are never eating there again and plus, we didn't tip! Can we get a refund!! Probably, not!
