I am delighted to hear that you enjoyed your experience at the Mexican restaurant on your way from Illinois to Texas. The clean and charming interior, along with the delicious food, exceeded your expectations for a small town eatery. The VOLCANO dish you tried was a standout, with its flavorful mix of bubbling hot ingredients served in a traditional molcajete. Despite a minor maintenance issue in the bathroom, the overall quality of the food and service makes this restaurant a worthwhile stop on your travels.
