Breathtaking

Frank needs to stop playing at chef. This food should be criminal. Get it together Frankie!

This place has suffered greatly in quality since it changed locations. The food is alright sometimes, but doesn't exactly have that POW. You're better off just going to an Olive Garden.
However, the straw that broke the camel's back for me was customer service -- or rather, lack thereof. I ordered a slice of chocolate cake, but didn't realize it had nuts (there's literally NO description of any of the desserts on the menu) so I requested a tiramisu instead (which BTW, left much to be desired.) The waitress -- I believe Hannah was her name -- brought out the ticket and left the cake slice on there, claiming she only did it for "technicality" purposes (which is B.S.) My brother & I go up to the counter to pay the bill, and the fun just continues. The manager tries to pull some tricks of her own on us. She tries to argue that the cake slice should remain on the ticket since I had initially ordered it even though I never even touched it so we had to keep pushing for the rejected dessert to be removed from the ticket. And then when my brother & I tried to split the bill by simply taking turns telling her what we ordered, she attempted to just split the total cost of the bill in half so we had to begrudingly reiterate to her to do it the right way. You would think with it being 2021, they would be able to do this sort of thing efficiently; but they use a POS system that's from like, the 80's.
It's one thing to have mediocre food, but to have conniving staff is a giant no-no. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this joke of a restaurant. Consider me gone.

Food was good, but online your prices show one thing and in reality it is not correct. Your online menu prices show that Chicken Parmigiana is $8.95, but in the restaurant menu states it is $12.95. That's misleading. You really should correct that.
