I arrived to order my favorite cookie. The clerk was grimmed faced...had no greeting..operated with no courtesy...never smiled and each time I spoke,,she would turn..whisper to her co worker and then they both would snicker and laugh audibly. I even asked her if all was well or. ?

I pushed thru all that discomfort...really knowing.one thing for certain and two things for sure ..

NO her excuse a cookie order surely could not be so funny and or needed their whispers...and or bring so much laughter all the while after talking to me. What are the odds...they did such ( only immediately after each time I spoke to her.( 4 times). For some reason I was the brunt of their humor.

Yet the laughs are a business who can get so big that they believe they can afford to be ugly and mistreat the very people who have supported your business success.
