We've eaten here several times over the last year and never had a problem. The service has always been great and the food has always been delicious. The only 'complaint' was the wait time on one visit. It was for dinner on a Saturday evening... yes, there is going to be a wait... we expected it so we took the time to enjoy watching the boats passing by. It should tell you something if you go to a restaurant on a Friday or Saturday for dinner and you don't have to wait at least a few minutes. Fast food this isn't so don't expect it to be. For me, the food is worth the wait and the cost.

On August 22,2021,Saturday evening after 6:00pm they stopped serving Pick up for dinner during the Height of the Delta variant. I won't return to this establishment.

If your not dining there you won't get an online order.
They don't have an online order set up and they won't answer the phone to place a take out order!

The view is fantastic but the food is terrible. Don't waste your time or money going here. There are better places in Hot Springs to spend time on the lake.

Lunch Meal 12-03-20 ok sides however Shrimp was not fresh & chewy. Bigger issue is a disputed extra charge on Discover Card not authorized. Did not receive satisfactory explanation from manager . Will post again when resolved. Customers please save & monitor your credit card charges

We waited over 2 hours.... 14 of us. After getting seated our server was in the weeds with too Many tables to handle. Not her fault. She shouldn't be given big parties over and over. Took 20 minutes to get drink order. Then Someone else took our order food after waiting another 30 minutes. Then Took forever to get our food. In the meantime NO manager came out to talk to us and let us know he was taking care of anything. One of my friends had to hunt management down to talk to them. After coming back to our table my friend was talking to our server telling her it wasn't her fault etc... then another guest seated at a table next to ours started screaming profanity at my friend asking him if he knew the f**kibg owner and stood up like he was going to fight. The servers ran off I assumed to get management but NO manager came to talk to our table about that incident either.
Our group of 14 spent way too much money on drinks and food to be treated this way. Food was eh. Broccoli was cold. Zucchini appetizer and grouper were good. The rest of the food was not hot and tasteless. So needless to say we will not be going back there and we frequent hot springs often.

Horrible place. Server had the audacity to argue with one of our party of 6 that he had ordered fish when we all heard him order steak so his food came out 20 minutes later after the other 5 ate. He doesn't even eat fish! To top it off the food was subpar and after complaining to the manager she took off his meal it was still $204.76 for subpar food and when I paid in cash and asked for all the change back she didn't even bring the change just the dollars. I hope that waitress enjoys her .24c tip... she should quit as she's a horrible waitress!! On top of it I was waiting for my Uber the manager chased me outside and called the cops and said I threatened their life cause I wouldn't wait on the road after the busboy threatened me after I told the waitress she should be ashamed for lying literally as I was walking out the door...

Great experience my husband and I want to go on a night out didn't know where we could have a romantic CANDLE lite dinner by the water. And it was awesome food! I ordered crab stuffed shrimp with broccoli salad and the red potatoes (yum)! Our server Lona was excellent! Kept our drinks full. Thank you for a very awesome relaxing time!

Service was so bad we had to go get manager just to get water refills. You would be better off eating anywhere else.
