First of all, we have been craving Chinese for a couple of weeks and had been a regular at Lin's some 3 years ago. Then we moved and started going to the Hibachi Grill for some time, then we notice that the food was not always consistent, except on Sunday's. We knew that Lin's didn't open for dinner until 4:30 and we got there around 4:45. So we parked in the Handicap area, next to the only wheel chair ramp for a 5 car space. We had a great table and I started for the fruit that the wife likes and sure enough she liked the fruit at Lin's better than the Hibachi. Then I always like the steamed or boiled shrimp, they were under cooked and consequently very hard to peel and almost mushy, cocktail sauce was ped .
