I used to love this place but I will never come here again. Today I went here around 12 noon to order food with my mom and when my mom asked the guy cashier if the restaurant pagers were cleaned. He made it sound like it was the dumbest question and said rudely that it is clean and of course we cleaned them all the time. My mom went and talked to the lady who owned the place and when the pager called us to say the food was ready, the food was not ready and my mom was already livid and when the cashier came to talk to the owner about something, he proceeded to argue with my mom about the sanitary conditions. Who does he think he is? There were a lot of wrong things at this place, there were more than 10 people at the dining room area and tables were not cleaned and sanitized considering we are going through a pandemic right now. This restaurant should have customers call in or order online and order the food ahead of time and have the staff bring the food out to the customers. Most restaurants are doing that. Why doesn't this restaurant do that? Also they do not have great customer service skills. They also treat the american customers like crap. A few months ago, I went here to order food and there was a Caucasian American customer ordering food and he was speaking spanish and he was doing the best he could to speak with staff. The kitchen staff were gossiping, laughing and making fun of the guy!! I felt bad for that customer because that is bullying!!! That is horrible customer service! I bet none of those staff know how to speak English. At least the customer was trying to speak. Please do not ever come to this place!
