Your advertisement read "crab cakes " . That means plural- more than one! I received one crab cake?! I really feel that is false advertising.

Went to Captain D's last evening and it was the worst and a waste of time and money I've ever experienced there (Austell road) I got inside and people had already been waiting for a while as they stated. The manager was giving them drinks for waiting so long. I arrived about 6:35pm and didn't get out until about 7:20pm or so. The cook seem to be angry using cursing, using strong profanity. They were also cursing amongst each other and arguing very loud. They never once offered me a drink for waiting so long. I started asking what was taking so long, no one could tell me. Finally another worker walked in about 7:15pm I told him I had been waiting for a while. I had 2 orders,1 grilled white fish with shrimp, they tell me after waiting all that time they had no shrimp and rice was hard. The second order fried white fish dinner with Mac and cheese which was like soup really watery and the fish and fried like a hard piece of chicken. Which we didn't know until I got back to work. Before I asked for money back for 1 order because they told me at the last minute there were no shrimp. I manager didn't seem to know how to do a refund, I asked if she needed my card that I used to pay with she said no. After standing there for more wasted after she kept trying I told her the machine is asking for my card. What a disaster. I finally got back to work and my co worker was not happy with her food, watery Mac and cheese over cooked fish and both green beans were mushy. I called the store the young cook answered I asked for manager you could hear them in the background arguing and cursing. Manager finally came to phone. I told her about food and I asked for district manager number she seem to not be able to find it then placed in hold and never came back to phone. I called back twice and she kept hanging up on me. I come to that location often and was there twice last week and met the district manager, he was very pleasant. This was the worst experience I ever had at Captain D's and it is unexcusable. The worst!!!!!! 😔
