The food was enjoyable overall, although the salsa had a bit too much sweetness for my taste, and the service was satisfactory with a slight delay initially. Nancy, our bartender and waitress, went above and beyond by ensuring my meal was delivered to me on the plane as I was worried about missing my flight. The shrimp and grits dish at the newly named Blue Moon Cafe was delicious, with a unique crispy grit cake atop tangy collard greens and a flavorful BBQ-like sauce accompanying the shrimp.
