My husband and I dined at the "Coastal Bar and Grille" yesterday for lunch, now known by that name. The food and service were exceptional, with a hint of New Orleans in the delicious grit cakes resembling hush puppies. The fried catfish was crispy and well-prepared, complemented by the creamy and flavorful mac n cheese. We plan to return and enjoy the live music on Wednesday evenings at this establishment.

Not sure I want to dine at an establishment negligent enough to hire career criminal Scott Spilberg as GM and allow him to steal 300k before anyone noticed. What else is Houck's Grille letting slide? Might explain their consistently poor health inspection scores.

As a regular customer, I must say Houck's Grille has gone downhill since they replaced their General Manager with Scott Spilberg, a career criminal with a lenghty rap sheet and a surly attitude.
