Not worth one star! Wife paid for order online that should have been ready at 9:40pm. Waiting 20 plus minutes. Kids standing around talking and working like snails. The old kid that must have been a shift lead argued and began using foul speech and refused to give me a refund. Also refused to give his name and title. Black, beard, about 6-6. Maybe 24 years old. Owners need to check the tapes. He was the one at the cash register. Asked him for a refund several times. Then he called the police making up false statements. I also had to call the police as well to get a refund. Once the police arrived, he finally processed a refund. No family, friends or fraternity brother or sorority sisters of mine will dine at the location. This clown needs to be terminated on sight and the whole staff retrained Asap. No leadership presents at all. Piss poor customer service at its worst! Also during this global epidemic in health crisis, the entire staff did not use gloves not one time. Several customers made the comment that none of them are wearing gloves, which ages range from 15 to 80 years of age. How is it that customers are a wide age range and see what's wrong with this picture during this time period, and the leaderless staff cant??
