Went to this McDonough, GA location yesterday and was so very upset!! First of all, we get there around 5:06 pm, the place was empty, there were so many tables available and many servers, but we had to wait 40 mins!!!!! while the manager decided to have a team meeting with all the servers so all of the servers left and then they couldn't seat us until the meeting was over, In the mean time during that 40 min wait, the lobby filled up with so many customers waiting to be seated also!!! What kind of manager has a team meeting during the busy dinner time???Second of all, our server couldn't remember anything, never sang happy birthday even while watching us having a party, we heard other servers singing happy birthday to their guests so it is a common procedure there and then he kept trying to have me pay the ticket when we were not even finished!!! I finally had to tell him to leave us alone until we are done and I will sign the ticket when we are done!!!! How rude is this place?? Btw, food was great.
