The only reason why we choose to celebrate my mother's 51st birthday here on Saturday April 3rd, 2021 is because we were told by a Rep that Karaoke and Live music would be offered at 10pm that evening.
When we arrived, very loud music was playing from the Dj with no sight of Karaoke or live music!
Also no sign of specific COVID 19 guidelines in place as seating was not 6ft apart. They were jammed packed like sardines.
Luckily we were seated in a small corner area off to the side.
That's when a manager "Delka or Elka" rudely approached our table demanding we release the table assuming we weren't just seated there I guess. Very confusing for us and distasteful!
Of course I was very aggressive back with her as we were just seated there, made reservations prior too and most importantly was there for a special occasion! We could've done with out the unnecessary, ghetto, classlessness drama!
We were able to order appetizers, entrees and drinks/bottles and soon the appetizers and drinks arrived.
We were vibing, taking pictures and enjoying ourselves when we realized that we had yet to receive our entrees while waiting.
5mins after receiving our entree, the waiter approached me demanding that we "wrap up our evening because they need our table" and asked if we wanted to place the food in to go boxes instead. We were shocked! I told the waiter that we just received our food and we wanted to enjoy our dinner.
He sent "Elka" over and she rudely just kept saying "okay-okay-so what do you want" after hearing our complaints. She then said "I can give y'all 20mins" and rudely walked off!
Worst experience ever! We demanded that they remove the entree and the 18% gratuity imposed on our party of 4 when they're rule is a party of 6+. We purchased bottles, so many drinks and spent lots of money and was kicked out very top set and hungry!
My mother's birthday was ruined and Karaoke and live music was never offered!!!!!! Never Again
