I have always liked Cheddars but my opinion has changed. I went there yesterday to find food and trash on the floors everywhere. I was sat at a table with food & trash under it.My entree was extra salty and my wife's steak was like rubber.When I paid my bill the waitress left,kept my receipt and change. When I questioned her she said oh you wanted that five dollars and that she threw the receipt in the trash.Granted, she wasn't going to charge me because the steak was like rubber but to keep my change and receipt ! I had planned on tipping her regardless because I know it wasn't her fault that the food wasn't up to par but her attitude was not professional. I tipped her anyway although I reduced the amount. I noticed the staff seemed not to care or perhaps they were over worked or understaffed. At any rate I prefer to go elsewhere and pay more where I am treated with respect.Man, this used to be a great place to go in so much I bragged about their food quality and portions and timely manner.So much has changed but not for the better unfortunately.

We had lunch today at Cheddars in McDonough Ga. Our waitress was Aimani. She was efficient, friendly,
helpful and just a waitress you would want to wait on you. She is an asset to this restaurant. We enjoyed talking with her and her efficiency.
