Excellent service, excellent food! This was my fourth time at Saigon Flavor, but the first time I brought my entire family for dinner. My wife had questions about the spices and seasonings they use. The owner sat with us for a few minutes to share how her chef prepares the food. She even took my wife to the little Asian market next door and showed her what she uses and my wife bought some fresh Thai basil and seasonings. The owner was very friendly with our three little boys and invited us to return soon. I very much appreciated how she interacted with our boys and made them/us feel welcome. I have been to other restaurants in Ridgecrest that make you feel very unwelcome if you bring your kids, but not here. We tried four dishes: chicken pad Thai, drunken noodle, Pho Ga, and yellow curry. They made them to our liking, and all were excellent. I especially like the flavor of the drunken noodle. You won't be disappointed by the food or the service!
