The restaurant has a cozy, intimate atmosphere, reminiscent of a classic family-owned establishment. Parking is conveniently located behind the building with two entrances to choose from. Upon entering, you'll notice charming Thai decorations adding to the ambiance. The service was prompt and friendly, with the server promptly welcoming us and taking our orders. The dishes we tried, such as the Tom Yum soup, Green curry, and Crispy duck, were flavorful and satisfying, showcasing a good balance of spices and textures.

I loved this restaurant. The Bangkok fried rice was my favorite. Mango sticky rice is the best when in season. (never understood serving mango that are not ripe) The Thai tea is yummy and Chinese broccoli is uhmm-ummm good. Then, the restaurant business was slow. So of course, I patronize this restaurant; I would eat or take out at BK once a week, sometime twice, to show my patriotism to them, and the food was great. Customer service was great. However, they started to get sloppy with the food. It was quantity going not quality. It was clear to me that business really picked up, and me as a loyal repeatedly-paying customer meant nothing to them. I even mentioned it to the person in charge, and she played the "i don't speak English" card. YES she did... How insulting to America. Once, I had to return my fried rice and they still messed it up (how do you mess up fried rice?) There is nothing worst than having bad BK fried rice, when you've had the best from the same restaurant.
What I believed happen was business really start to pick up and they forgot who was in the restaurant when it was empty. Unfortunately, after numerous attempt of giving Bangkok Kitchen a chances to make it right with me, I just had to give up. Even the customer I brought there stop going, and not because of my experience, I've learned. They had their bad experience for other reasons. We really wanted to patronize this family business. It was a tacky way to treat a customer, repeated may I add. You will learn in America, this will come back to bit you in the butt. I know this is hard to believe, believe me, I was SHOCKED to receive this treatment. This was my first bad experience with the Thai culture and it place a bad taste in my mouth. I even notice a underline nasty service. Thai people know how to be rude with a smile. Trust me I understand "business" but this was just nasty...use to be a customers writing great reviews. Now, just wish you well and hope you re-evaluate this aspect of your business. You don't treat any customer badly for greed it can destroy your blessing.
