Driving 40 minutes to pick up from Chopstix is always worth it, especially for the delicious dumplings and shrimp toast. The food is fresh, the service is speedy, and the friendly staff makes every visit enjoyable, plus it's BYOB, which adds to the experience!

Chopstix always has fresh sushi and is prompt with service and delivering food... Never have they picked up food from another table in the 8 yuears i have been going there and at least three days a week. Ha they prob know me by name. Anyways love their sushi fresh, good and tastes amazing! Baltimore roll, sunrise roll, california, spicy salmon, spicy tuna, and sumanario roll. mmmmm

We were dining at Chopstix in White Marsh, MD (5002 Honeygo Center Drive, White Marsh, MD 21236), around 7pm, last night and were served food from another table. Below are the details of what happened:
They switched our table and the table behind us each other's sushi order. I didn't think it was a huge deal, minus the fact the one piece had soy sauce on it and you could tell, since some of them were moved they were putting their, possibly used, chopstix on food they expected us to eat. Therefore, when they flipped the orders after we flagged down the waitress to tell her we had the wrong thing, she wanted us to eat what the other people had on their table.
I said absolutely not, we want another order. She said ok- all they did in the back was take out the two messed up pieces (they were from the same roll) and put everything on another plate. We could tell because they bumped the one roll into the dynamite roll so the sauce was messed up on top of one of them and was on the side of the other rolls they touched with it.
We are frequent diners here but are saddened to see how bad the service has gotten- and it wasn't even crowded, but to serve us food from another table because of their error- is extremely unsanitary.
I wanted to report this to make sure that someone looks into it so that other's aren't in our sickening situation.
