My fiance ordered bacon for our dog. Got home and got hot cakes. They both use same packaging. He went right back with the hot cakes to get bacon. The manager gave him a very hard time. She demanded the receipt for proof. He told her his number but she insisted on the receipt, not caring about COVID19. So he went threw their trash and luckily it was towards the top. Absolutely horrible customer service and for such a small dollar amount! This manager needs some professional development.

I was rushing this morning and decided to get a bite to eat from McDonald's at 1706 Rreisterstown, Road in Pikesville, MD. I step one foot into the door and from 40 feet away the manager says "Sir you need to have a mask on".
I immediately stop and apologize, walk back to my car and don my mask. As soon as I enter the door the manager, the drive through cashier and the guy working the fries look at me. Low and behold the guy working the fries has his mask down below his mouth! Immediately I say to the manager who is walking to the counter, "Why is he not wearing his mask over his nose and face, to which she replies, I didn't see him".
She walked right by him less then 1 foot away and she didn't see him. Immediately they all start speaking Spanish. I'm like, WTF! I ask who's the manager and she raises her index finger.
I wonder how many other health codes they are breaking!
