The food is great. The owner and his staff are great EXCEPT for the one heavy set delivery driver. When he takes orders over the phone he yells at you and keeps saying he can't understand you. Very nasty to customers when you go in the store. Sits on his butt watches tv. He wears a volunteer fire company shirt all the time. Would hate to have him come to my house. He would probably have the same attitude.

very slow at making food and my order was not correct the staff was friendly though

I tried to call to order a couple subs. I had never ordered from them before, but have to been in search if that hidden gem of delivery places so thought I would try it out. Well when I called they wouldn't even let me order just said they "didn't like my tips" and hung up on me. When I called back they repeated it again and again hung up in me. I was confused because not only could I not remember ever ordering from them, but I also have never under tipped anyone. Not a delivery person, waiter, nail salon... I used to bartender and wait tables. So really this review is only for poor service since I was unable to try any food. I don't know if they are just lazy and didn't want to deliver the food or work or what but I definitely would not reccommend EVER giving them any sort of business and I hope management reads this and realizes how poor employees can ruin a business.
