went there very recently got 3 medium snowballs, with a 3% surchage (using a credit card) the total came to $18.00!! this is very overpriced!!!! a snowball consists of ice and flavored water, why so much for 3 snowballs! ...and there was hardly any flavor on them at all, Kona Ice in Carney is a complete rip off! 18.00 for 3 medium snowballs? please tell me why?????? I could have went to Outback steakhouse for a nice steak, cheaper than that! A Darn snowball costs less than a dollar to make! I will NEVER go back there again. In my neighborhood I can get a medium snowball with tons of flavor for 2.50....why are your snowballs so expensive?? Price gouging, that is why. Goodbye forever kona ....you will NEVER rip me off again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First visit after 20 years of living in the area. Where in the world have I been? Super friendly staff with all smiles, and a ton of amazing ice cream and snowball flavors! Definitely going back for some of the “adult flavors.†Lol. Thank you, Kona, y’all are killing it!

great flavors, no doubt....but they hardly put any flavor on the snowballs! I've been there 6 times and each time, hardly any flavor...if you want extra flavor it's 50cents, this is where they get you! a small snowball is $2.50....you can buy a 10lb. bag of ice for that....my point is: you are making a ton of profit, why not put adequate flavor on the snow balls?....please! Every other snowball stand makes nice juicy snowballs, why not you!....thank you!

Not sure how it’s even possible to give less than a 5 star for service, staff and their snowballs. They are always busy and have the best variety of flavors and are always happy to mix whatever flavors you need.
I am sure the reviews lower than 5 are fake!
