We have ordered via phone carry-out, and dinned in several times in the last year since introduced to your restaurant last summer and have never experienced the most rude customer service today, May 16,2021 at 6:15pm. It sounded as though your employee Hannah had me on speaker phone taking our carry-out order ($118.00) and with the back ground noise she could not hear my order, I had to repeat myself several times.
After the 6th time repeating our phone number , I said take me off speaker phone and you may hear my information, I heard several people in the back ground laughing loudly and Hannah was laughing as well
and had the nerve to ask me again. I was never told wait time ,or thank you for the order, etc........She hung up on me. I called back and her sarcastic voice said 20 minutes. and hung up again. We live 23 minutes away as it is and to drop $118.00 tonight is help to your business. I'm appalled at this and hope some one from your management team speaks to Hannah because she has no customer service at all.

This place was not what I Expected. I would not recommend coming here. After waiting for an hour to get our cold food, but the plate was hot (go figure), thought I would enjoy the barnacles, but did not. Then we saw a roach crawling on the wall. That was it for us.

My husband renamed the restaurant 'The Blue Mouse'. We saw a mouse looking down on us from a ledge. He looked at home peering out over the dining area deciding what he was going to eat for dinner. We told our waiter. He said 'wow, that's messes up'. He came back and actually told us the manager was placing a mouse trap in the ceiling. The manager never came to apologize or acknowledge our experience. We asked for the check. The waiter brought the check and a piece of cake to apologize for our inconvenience. Clearly mice are tenants as the manager was setting traps within minutes. Dine at your own risk.
