We do A LOT of business at the Orrington store. NOT complaining the first time about receiving the wrong order?... BIG MISTAKE. But THIS TIME, I not only called the store, but I got the CORRECT order...
My point?... If you screw up once, I am a very forgiving person/ I did NOT complain or call. But this time? Not so much on the forgiveness as it is cold and biting outside... and my husband went out AGAIN to pick up the CORRECT pizza. (THIS being the 4th incident at the Orrington FRESHIES) BIG POINT: If one person complains to one person, THAT person will undoubtedly tell at least 10 people. THOSE 10 will tell 10 of their friends, and on and on... Negative P.R. for your Deli Orrington. VERY VERY P.O.ed about this. Pizza Hut out on Broadway will be getting our business from now on. Yes, its a little bit of a ride, but SO totally worth it as I have NEVER gotten a crappy mess 4 TIMES! Come to think of it, Pizza Hut has always been right on the money with our orders. Good LORD!!
