Rue Beignet serves the best beignets and cafe au lait in Baton Rouge, with crispy exteriors and soft interiors that are simply irresistible. The owner, Yen, creates a warm atmosphere with his friendly demeanor, entertaining guests by playing the piano and juggling. After years of visiting, I can confidently say that the delicious beignets and excellent service keep me coming back for more.
