My sister recently held her wedding at the Orleans Room and we were blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff. Andy, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The quality of the food and drinks matched the level of service we received. Oak Lodge has consistently been a fantastic venue for various events over the years, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for any type of gathering.

The food was good, but the infinite rudeness and incompetence of the staff was impossible to ignore. The bar periodically ran out of almost everything (including glasses, at one point). The bartenders offended several guests with rude comments. Also, the establishment did not meet several items included in our contract. When my wife tried to resolve the situation later, the Oak Lodge representative - Dona was her name, I believe - was completely rude and dismissive. Needless to say, we will be avoiding Oak Lodge in the future, and will encourage everyone we know to do the same.
