Akasha Market offers delicious, fresh seafood platters that are perfectly seasoned and fried to a golden crisp. The accompanying fries are some of the best in town, adding to the overall satisfying meal experience. I am looking forward to trying their renowned hamburgers next, as the quality of their food truly stands out in Baton Rouge.
