Being a Houston native and coffee enthusiast, I almost let the negative reviews deter me from visiting Rao's bakery. However, upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed and quickly found a cozy corner to settle in. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the overall ambiance felt inviting and homely. Despite some minor imperfections, the experience was enjoyable, and I left satisfied with a delicious pastry and coffee in hand.

I love Rao’s and get their desserts often but today I had not only a hair in my sandwich, but also paper from what I assume the turkey was wrapped in. A little disappointed with the service today, hopeful it goes better next time.
