This was my nephew's college graduation 👨ðŸ»"🎓 dinner. He graduated With HONORS from LAMAR!!
We had reservations for 21 and they had the table crammed with 18 chairs. We were told they served excellent steaks. Well my nephew's steak was horrible! He brought it to their attention and asked for manager. About 45 mins later she came. Everyone had already eaten and heading out. The steak was full of thick fat! No not marbleized as it should be. He told her that he hadn't eaten any and was not going to pay for that steak! She said don't make me call my husband up here. We said call him! What kind of a place is this. That was very unprofessional and rude. She argued about that's how a good steak is.... full of fat. No ma'am! I told her this is HIS SPECIAL DAY and he just wanted a good steak. She said he could pay for it or she'd call the cops. Wow!!! We had 21people in our party. We won't be going back! Awful customer service and the wait was awful. Waited for food, tickets all messed up and another 15 min wait for our to go desserts. The best part of this entire experience was our waitress! She was very kind! Even other customers said they should have just gotten him another steak! You ruined his special day!

During Covid-19 we ordered food several times from the TREE and each time we we very pleased !! Plenty of food , very delicious !! We were on time to pick it up & the servers were very gracious !! Our experience so far has been great ! They're planning to open up more , so we may just go for the Dine-In experience ! We're from Beaumont, so if the food had not been good the first time , we would not have gone back for more ! The food is excellent, so after many times , we go back ! Shirley Threet
