DO NOT recommend especially if you are a young adult. Had so many rude encounters with both employees at the front and in the kitchen. Never in my 24 years of life have I ever been treated so horribly by a business. Had to leave a whole hour early because we felt so uncomfortable and mistreated. The lady in the kitchen said she would not give us a cup for our pitcher that we had bought because we were being rude! After we had put up with her attitude and horrible behavior the time we were there. Also was I'd 4 times although I had a wrist band on showing I'm over 21 and we were watched the whole time we were there. I mean I would literally look over and the worker would be starring at us. Another thing is we reserved 2 lanes would only give us one although the lane next to us was not being used. The list goes on. I will never make the mistake of coming back here. Pinheads in Oak Hill is the place to go! We love it there and have never had a problem with staff! Pin heads has a wayyyy better atmosphere, better people, good food and drinks they definitely deserve our money unlike this bowling alley!

Okay, so we called ahead to order our food. We ran just a little late due to traffic and getting stuck at work; our order was already ready and waiting. When we walked up to the counter the girl said give me just a minute and I'll be right with you. Well, that minute turned into 10 minutes b/c it was absolutely important for her and the owner to change the beer kegs and stand around talking together rather than ringing us up. If my husband hadn't spoken up to interrupt, the girl would've kept on talking/changing more beer kegs. We were obviously upset and she offered no apologies. She huffed and puffed as if we were an inconvenience to her. The owner saw our frustration and offered no assistance either. We were the only two in there, so why wouldn't you ring us up quickly and get back to the beer??? Worst service ever!!! We will not eat here or bowl at this Alley again!!!
