We drive to Bend for fun, from Eugene OR. Our favorite breakfast place is Mo's, as often as we can. My wife loves the catfish and eggs, and that's excellent. I prefer their french toast, but the menu is so varied that each visit can be a pleasant change to fit the day.
Always excellent, large portions, and superior service. For dinner of course is Cowboy Dinner Tree, a destination equally good, and a "doggie bag" is often needed at either one. We visit both on trips.

Great food and Great service. I have breakfast there 2-3 times a week. Everything on their menu is "top notch". Highly recommend it!!!

You may have to wait a while but it's worth it's a busy little spot I think it's the best place in Redmond for breakfast.
