The food here is always flavorful and perfectly cooked, with the orange chicken being a standout for its light breading and delicious taste. Every time I order, the staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring my takeout is ready in a timely manner, and the large portions make it a great value for my family.

Good service

The Fried shrimp was TOO breaded but the shrimp itself was great. The sweet and sour chicken was way overdone and dry inside ( sauce was separate). Just disappointing and not as good as it used to be.

I used to love Chan's. It was my go to Chinese restaurant in Redmond because as a whole it was great. The service. The fresh food. The vibrant flavor. But last night was a totally different experience. My family was all together and we decided on Chinese. I of course said Chan's as did my sister and brother-in-law. We ordered take out, spending over $80 on dinner. We started with the egg flower soup. It was beyond horrible. Not one of us had any past one taste. Then the pot stickers. which were again, horrible. The meat was very questionable and the outside was extremely greasy and lacked any positive flavor. The dragon and the phoenix was bland. As was the chicken sub gum. And the chicken in the sub gum was barely tolerable. Broccoli beef - grease city but the broccoli was fresh and cooked well. Sweat and sour pork was good. As was the bbq pork. The fried whole shrimp was very very greasy but the flavor was there. All in all, a disappointment. Especially because i use to love this restaurant so much. But I will never eat there again. Their standards have gone way down hill. I don't know what happened and giving them 2 stars was stretching it.

Used to be our favorite for Chinese, but over the last three years it has gone downhill.
Order of Sweet and sour chicken is a mystery dish....just trying to figure out what parts of the chicken they use. Never known chicken to be tough, but theirs its. PF rice has been dry and stale. The best part of our meal were the fortune cookies, which they did not make. Wake up Chan;s, I plan on going to Gung Ho's in Madres. Maybe yoru cooks should go there to learn.

We have eaten at Chan's several times over the last 3 years. It is our Chinese restaurant "go to". Always fresh veggies and food is always super good and the prices are great, too!

We have eaten at Chan's twice recently. We ordered vegetarian Chinese (spicy stir fried tofu and vegetables, and mushroom tofu with broccoli), and Jeana also got a shrimp entree. The vegetables were fresh and cooked just right, the flavors sere fantastic, the portions were large, the staff was very friendly. This restaurant ranks with the best of the various Asian restaurants we have eaten at in Portland, OR. We highly recommend it.

We ate here last night and it was awful. All the food was bland and not fresh. The restaurant was dirty and old looking. The owners and servers were very friendly. The food was just very poor.
