We decided that we would go out for a nice family dinner and thought that the Kings buffet would be a good choice. We were WAY wrong! The food is over dried out and truly tasted awful. It Salmon was not cooked and had most likely been sitting our for hours (and that was just the food). The parking lot was clean, but the inside was extremely dirty. The booths had duct tap all over them from rips, the floor was sticky (everywhere) and so were the tables and spoons for the buffet. The servers were nice until the end. We tried to tell them that because of the quality of food, and the food that we didn't eat, we expected a discount. They gave us $8 off a $50 dollar bill (that' s 4 plates).
In conclusion: WAY OVERPRICED (11.99 a plate), bad food, poor environment and the staff are not empowered enough to make a bad dining experience a good one. I will not be going back.
