August 2015 we picked up our guest at Billings airport and took them for dinner at Red Lobster. We got there around 8:45. The waitress brought us our drinks. When it was time we gave her our order. The waitress than told us they ran out of fish. What??? She said all fish were gone except for crab legs. Why didn't they tell us that before we sat down and before drinks were delivered? What type of management is this when they run out of fish? We went to a seafood restaurant for fish. What kind of staff is this when the staff are not upfront before drinks are delivered? We noticed the waitress could not look in our faces when she told us there was no fish. We will never enter that restaurant door again.
