My spouse and I dined at Frank's Italian Restaurant last Friday, and it was our inaugural visit. The dishes were simply exquisite, bursting with incredible flavors that left us speechless. The ambiance was charming and welcoming, and the service from our server was both friendly and attentive. We are already looking forward to our next dining experience at this exceptional establishment.

Food was good , waitstaff was horrible.. Young thin waitress, took our order and returned with food and never came back. The trio next to us finally had had enough and got up and left. We had to ask for our check, she never returned to ask if we wanted another drink or how our food was. We will probably not return. Frank has to seat you and if he knows you he will be around to talk , if not......see ya later!

Visited with Family, Service was slow, myself and another member of party ordered steaks which came in over cooked. Sent it back and the owner came out to challenge us on sending back the steaks. He was rude and abrasive and condescending. I got up to challenge him and things escalated. He grabbed a chair and tried to hit me with it.
Long story the police got involved. Called me the N word and my group thugs.
Wasted my evening and the time of the state troopers that responded. Over a returned overcooked steak.
A lot more happened but i will save everyone reliving the rabbit hole that evening descended in to.

The worst, we made reservations for 6pm and we all got there a lil early (5:50) so we waited till 6 only to be told by Frank that he didn't have a server for us yet and to go to the bar. We were at the bar till around 6:30 and they came and got us for our table then another 30 min past and no waiter so I went up to get us menus. So the waiter finally get there around 7:20 and we order food and drinks all at once. The drinks didn't come out until 8:00 and We order pizza for the kids and it came out at 8:15 our food came out at 8:30 that's 2 1/2 hours after we made reservations, we have 3 kids and our 2 year old was getting very cranky so we ended up leaving after our food got there bc the kids were already done eating. All in all. We will never be back there

Went to Frank's for a birthday/anniversary party on Wednesday March 11. Seven people in our group and yes, we were a bit loud! The food was good, the waitress Brenda was awesome! She worked hard for our table and always with a smile! At the end of dinner my friend surprised me with a HUGE and delicious piece of chocolate cake that we all shared (it was that big!) with the coolest candle, which was a sparkler in disguise that looked like a pink flower, It was the best! Thank you Brenda and thank you Frank's for putting up with us!
