The Chicken Shawarma gyro at Maryam's is a local favorite, perfectly seasoned and delicious. I'll definitely be swinging by tomorrow to pick up another one before leaving Binghamton. The food at Maryam's is made with love and care, evident in the flavorful dishes like the shawarma that never disappoints.
